With events changing minute by minute, I wanted to establish a dialogue that dealt with Tehachapi Area real estate. That’s right, I want to hear from you. As we all know real estate is a regional force and does not necessarily follow state or national trends. Whether or not I am the smartest Realtor in the area is not important, because this is my blog. My blog will share my experience and viewpoint on topics that pertain to Tehachapi Real Estate. Together we will undoubtedly become more intelligent as time passes. My first and most profound offering is: Real estate, whether buying, selling or leasing, be it for personal use or investment, will always be here.——- Knocked your socks off with that one eh?
